PLANNING
Guests receive bingo cards with songs. When a music clip plays, they find and mark the song on their card. The hosts explain the rules, guide each round and check bingo calls. No previous music bingo experience is needed.
Tell us about the age range, occasion and musical tastes. We agree whether the cards should span several decades or follow a specific theme. Guests can take part from their tables, and we plan breaks and pacing with you.
Send the date, venue and expected number of participants. We discuss music, the programme and practical arrangements, then provide a quote. Before the event, we agree venue access, setup and a contact person for the day.
Guests need space to use their cards and to hear both the music and the hosts' instructions. We discuss tables, power, performance space and any existing sound system with you. Materials, equipment and responsibility for prizes are agreed in the quote.
The price depends on the date, travel, participant numbers, duration, content and equipment requirements. Let us know if you would like prizes or a particular theme. Your quote covers your agreed event rather than a standard package.
Music bingo can bring everyone together before the dance floor opens. We agree the transition to DJ, allowing room for food, speeches and breaks in the programme. Playing time, equipment and the combined price are set out in the quote.
