PLANNING
Choose a theme and tell us which parts you already have covered. We discuss music, hosting and activities, plus responsibility for the venue and any decorations. Music bingo can follow an agreed music theme, which the DJ can continue on the dance floor. Content, equipment, duration and price are described in the quote.
Send the date, address, expected guest numbers and programme preferences. Include any existing equipment and the venue's access and finish times. We explore the options and send a quote for the agreed services.
